Spice Grinder Review, A Helpful Tool in Culinary Schools
I was bored last summer because there was nothing to do. After enjoying the first week of becoming a bum, I started to feel restless so I decided to do something different and productive. I enrolled in a culinary arts workshop so that I could expand my knowledge and cooking, and so that I would be able to whip up something gourmet for a change. For our second week lesson, we were preparing different chicken meals. I was assigned to cook chicken fricassee. It was my first time to hear such a dish so I didn’t know what to do.
My instructor gave me a step-by-step guide and showed me how to slice the different ingredients properly. Some of the spices should be finely minced or grinded. Our cooking school has different kinds of spice grinders available for use. We needed salt, white pepper and garlic so we used a salt and pepper mill. We also needed yellow pepper and chili, so we used the Peugeot Vendome Chilli mill to chop the spices. I asked my cooking instructor how they chose the equipment in the kitchen, and she told me that they consulted a spice grinder review to know the features and the pros and cons of each grinder.
Because of the spice grinders, after just 20 minutes, I was able to cook a great tasting meal.
